Privacy policy

CloutAlert is published by Procidatec SAS ("we"), acting as data controller for data collected via the application and the Google Business Profile integration.

We only collect the data necessary to operate the service:

• Account information: name, email address, required technical identifiers.
• Google Business Profile data via OAuth: location identifiers, name, public contact details, published reviews, associated replies, review-related settings.
• Technical data: technical logs, internal identifiers, connection/error metadata, necessary for security, support and monitoring.

We do not collect the content of your emails, documents, or other Google data unrelated to Google Business Profile.

• Connect and authenticate your account via OAuth to retrieve your locations and reviews.
• Display data in the interface, notify new reviews and suggest reply drafts, which you publish yourself on Google.
• Operate, maintain, secure, improve the service and provide support.

Your data is never sold. It may only be shared with essential technical providers (hosting, database, backups, monitoring, transactional email), under contractual confidentiality and security commitments.

Our main providers:

• Supabase (Supabase Inc., a company established in the United States): hosting of the application database, in the European Union (Sweden).
• Railway (Railway Corp., a company established in the United States): hosting of the application server, in the United States. This server processes application data to run the app.
• OpenAI (United States): generation of AI reply drafts. The text of the review concerned is sent to it to draft the reply.
• Vercel Inc. (United States): hosting of the public cloutalert.com website.

Some of these providers are established in the United States. For any question about how our providers process your data, contact us at the address below.

• Strict access controls and access logging.
• Backups and incident response procedures.
